Before you arrive, please make sure your hair is washed. House of Lash adhesive requires 24 hours to set and you will not be able to wet your hair in the shower during that time. Dress comfortably for your appointment. We recommend that you do not wear eye makeup.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We will do our best to accommodate your reservation within the time scheduled if you arrive late. There will be times when we may have to adjust your service.

We require 24 hours notice to reschedule, change or cancel your appointment.

You will be charged a no-show fee of 25% of your service.

A full set of eyelash extensions takes 90-120 minutes to apply. Touch-ups may require less time.

We have a no-refund cancellation policy. All services provided are non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, payment cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If you experience any issues with your lash service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can offer a complimentary fix (when applicable).

The process is completely painless. In fact, most clients find it very relaxing and some have been known to fall asleep while their lashes are applied.

Unlike store-bought false lashes, eyelash extensions are applied to each individual natural lash. A full set can consist of 180 eyelashes or more, depending on the material used and the desired look. Your House of Lash technician will determine the correct number of lashes based on your face shape, eye shape and position, and brow arch, creating a completely custom design.

Proper lash care is the best way to make sure your House of Lash extensions stay looking as beautiful as they did when they were first applied.

For the first 24 hours:

• Do not make the lashes wet, and wash around your eyes for the first 48 hours
• Avoid spray tanning

After that, observe these tips for best results:

• Be gentle with your eyelashes; try not to rub excessively or sleep on them
• Use oil-free makeup and makeup removers
• Do not use cotton pads or balls
• Wipe your lashes gently with a tissue rather than a towel
• Be careful changing clothes that go over your head
• Do not use mechanical curlers or waterproof mascara
• NEVER attempt to add or remove eyelash extensions by yourself

To maintain your custom House of Lash look, we recommend relash appointments every 2-3 weeks. This allows us to replace any lashes that have shed as part of their natural growth cycle. Relash appointments are generally quicker and cost much less than a full set of extensions.

Mascara will not be necessary. However, if you want a mascara look, APPLY MASCARA ON THE TIPS ONLY. DO NOT APPLY NEAR THE BASE OF THE LASH. Application near the base can physically break the bond between the lash and the natural lash and may shorten the life of lashes, especially during the mascara removal process.
